ZTE’s Nubia brand is ready for 2019 with new Android phones. At this week’s CES tech event, expect to see the Nubia X and the Red Magic Mars. We’ve mentioned these new devices from a few months back but it’s only this quarter the devices will be ready for official launch. The Red Magic Mars was actually announced in November and made an impression with its 10GB of RAM and 256GB memory. That is top variant since it starts with 6GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage.

The Nubia Red Magic Mars runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset and features an ICE multi-dimensional cooling system. This includes both liquid and air cooling to ensure the device’s temperature won’t go high even with extended use and heavy performance.

Nubia’s Red Magic Mars phone boasts a Red Magic Game Space which is a gaming software mode that lets the phone lessen the background apps running while enhancing gameplay. The phone can also offer 4D sound+vibration effects and more console-like gaming experience with the touch-sensitive shoulder buttons. If you’re not into gaming, you can just customize the function of the buttons.

The Mars smartphone comes equipped with a large 6-inch IPS LCD FHD+ screen, 3800mAh battery, an LED RGB strip, DTS 7.1 audio with stereo speakers, USB-C port, DTS 7.1 audio with stereo speakers, 4D Shock system, 8MP selfie shooter, and a 16MP camera with f/1.8 aperture. The Nubia Red Magic Mars will be available in Europe and North America this Q1 with a $399 price tag. No mention when other markets will receive the phone but feel free to check the Red Magic website.

The Nubia X will also be available in key markets apart from China. The phone also features a large 6.26-inch bezel-less screen and a secondary 5.1-inch display at the back. There is no selfie camera because the rear camera system is enough. The dual rear system consists of 24MP and 16MP cameras that are controlled by a special software to produce premium quality photos.

Price of the ZTE Nubia X is set at ¥3299 in China. That converts to $481 in the United States.
