As a quick refresher on the rest of the phone, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display and is powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset. Other notable features include its 13 MP primary camera and 4,100 mAh battery. The device can also be updated to Android Nougat, as well as the latest version of Xiaomi’s custom Android ROM, MIUI 9.
Xiaomi recently announced that it hit an overall company sales record, shipping over 10 million smartphones in September alone. Part of that success has been attributed to its low-cost, high-value propositions – an approach that has proved particularly successful in India where it held the second largest market share (22 percent), just behind Samsung (23 percent), in Q3 2017.
