Announced back in August, Looney Tunes: World of Mayhem is now available on the Google Play Store.
Available as a free-to-play game, World of Mayhem lets you play either by yourself or against other players. Solo play is done through the game’s campaign mode, with tasks you with repelling Marvin the Martian’s invasion in a forest, outer space, and other areas.
World of Mayhem’s player-versus-player (PvP) mode, meanwhile, lets you play online against other players. The goal is to beat the other team and steal their loot.
Whether you play by yourself or against others, you fight with four-character teams in turn-based battles. World of Mayhem features over 70 characters from the Looney Tunes franchise, such as Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Elmer Fudd, Tweety Bird, Foghorn Leghorn, and many more.
Every character has their own distinct weapon and ability, such as anvils, boulders, and ACME technology. You’ll also be able to collect and level up these characters as you progress through the game.
You can even unlock classic variants of well-known characters, such as Duck Dodgers and Valkyrie Bugs Bunny.
When you’re not beating other teams, you can create your own Toontown. You can restore places like Elmer Fudd’s cabin and other homes to unlock items needed to upgrade skills.
World of Mayhem has the Looney Tunes looks and charm. Unfortunately, the game also includes your typical gacha mechanics. We’re talking two different forms of in-game currency, an energy meter, and more.
World of Mayhem also features a decent number of in-app purchases, so pay close attention if you let your little one play the game.
