Huawei announces Honor 10 is already sold out in Europe

At 399 euros (~$470), the Huawei Honor 10 gives you a lot of bang for your buck. In our review, we noted how many of the comparisons we threw at the device were to phones 200-300 euros more expensive than the Honor 10.

That’s why it’s little surprise to hear that the Honor 10 is selling like hotcakes in Europe. In fact, according to Huawei (via GSMArena), the phone is already sold out.

Huawei (of course) doesn’t specify how many sold devices it took to achieve a sold-out status. However, it did say that about 80,000 European social media members took advantage of a coupon that got them a 30-euro discount off the already low price. So we know that Huawei sold at least 80,000 Honor 10’s in about 24 hours.

Impressively, Huawei says that it took just six hours for residents of Spain to buy all the allocated stock for their country.

The Huawei Honor 10 is the follow-up to last year’s Honor 9 and comes on the back of the incredibly well-received Huawei P20 Pro. We gave the Honor 10 a score of 8.4-out-of-10.

As usual, the United States won’t see the Honor 10, as Huawei devices are not sold in America. However, Americans can still get the Honor 10 and other Huawei devices by buying them unlocked via online destinations once they come back in stock.
