Known for its mid-tier smartphones with price tags that do not break the bank, ZTE is set to launch the Blade X2 Max.
A reliable source gave us a first look at the Blade X2 Max, which will soon be available on Cricket Wireless. At first blush, the phone looks like a dead ringer for the original Blade X Max, save for the lack of ZTE branding on the top left.
We have no information on when the Blade X2 Max will debut. A springtime launch is likely, seeing how the Blade X Max launched in May 2017.
We also do not know the Blade X2 Max’s specifications. Based on its predecessor’s specifications, the Blade X2 Max might sport the same 6-inch Full HD display, a Snapdragon 450 processor, 2 or 3 GB of RAM, at least 32 GB of expandable storage, a beefy battery, and a USB Type-C port.
The phone is also likely to sport a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and run ZTE’s light approach to Android Oreo out of the box.
Whenever the Blade X2 Max launches, we expect it to sell for around $150-$200. That being said, the price and other details should be taken as rumors and speculation until either ZTE or Cricket Wireless officially announce the phone.
This could be worth keeping an eye on if you want a phone on Cricket.
